Company Overview

Judson University is a Christian institution representing the Church at work in higher education. Its campus is located along the picturesque Fox River in the city of Elgin just 45 miles northwest of Chicago, Judson is home to over 1,200 students from 36 states and 26 countries. We offer more than 50 undergraduate majors, minors, and pre-professional programs; 7 master’s degrees and three doctoral programs.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition

Judson is also home to the annual World Leaders Forum which has brought such world leaders as George W. Bush, Mikhail S. Gorbachev, Tony Blair, Condoleezza Rice, Felipe Calderon, Queen Noor of Jordan, Newt Gingrich, Howard Dean and Caroline Kennedy to Judson's campus since the event began in 2011. The World Leaders Forum offers our students and area professionals the opportunity to be in the presence of and be inspired by World Leaders. In 2015, the university began the World Leaders Forum Inspirational Series and has hosted Nick Vujicic, Mary Lou Retton and Jim Monroe to share their stories. In 2019, Judson hosted its first Conversations with Mark Vargas, which debuted with an interview of Entrepreneur Mark Cuban.

Each year, the university hosts more than 10,000 guests to campus for one of its many events, such as the Chapel Series, Shark Tank competition, Welcome Weekend, Homecoming, Founders' Day, Lecture and Art Gallery exhibits, concerts from the Demoss Center of Worship in the Performing Arts, theatre, World Leader Forum, World Leader Forum Inspirational Series, Literacy in Motion, A Day at Judson, Annual Community Prayer Breakfast, summer camps, and hundreds of sporting events held throughout the summer. Judson is shaping lives every day on campus, in businesses, in our community and around the world.
